At the same time, the development of society and economy and the progress of science and technology have provided the possibility for the manufacture of these large-scale equipment. However, the manufacturing process of large-scale equipment is quite complicated. In addition to electronic, hydraulic and other components, the manufacturing of its own structure is also quite complicated, accounting for a considerable proportion of the entire equipment. 1. The first step in the production of equipment steel structure is to dismantle the drawing and blanking
The blanking process is to process the steel plate or profile into the required parts. The blanking process is mainly divided into three types: blanking of steel plates, blanking of profiles and receiving of remaining materials. As the first step in structure production, dismantling and blanking is the essence of technical support for production and a reliable basis for raw material procurement. Therefore, in this process, as a technician, you must consider the drawings in an all-round way, and take into account the craftsmanship of the production, which is the most beneficial to the production. The following points must be paid attention to during the unloading process:
(1) To correctly grasp the drawings, we must conduct a comprehensive review to ensure that the understanding and grasp of the drawings are correct;
(2) When making the material list, you must pay attention to the number and material of the plates, and the material drawing should be correct (mainly refers to the size of the material drawing, because the size of the material drawing should consider the craftsmanship, for example, the size of the material should be considered welding shrinkage, machining, etc.);
(3) The splicing of the remaining material must comply with the specifications corresponding to the drawings, especially the welding;
(4) For sheet blanking, when using plasma or CNC cutting, the cutting machine must be corrected before cutting to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the cut sheet;
(5) For the pretreatment of the welding groove, after the groove is processed, it must be cleaned to ensure the completion of this process, and do not bring unnecessary troubles to the next process;
(6) For hole processing, holes are generally divided into pre-drilling and post-weld drilling. Therefore, in this process, the drawings must be carefully checked to distinguish the time point of hole processing;

2. Assembly and welding of equipment steel structure production, that is, riveting and welding stage.
